Who we are
The Committee to Elect Johnnie Turnidge ("the Campaign"), a candidate committee registered in Colorado. Contact: info@turnidge4parker.com.
What we collect
Name, email, postal address, ZIP, phone (only if you provide it), volunteer interests, event RSVPs, poll responses, donation records (as required by Colorado campaign finance law), and technical basics (IP, device type) for site security.
How we use it
Campaign communications you've asked for, event logistics, volunteer coordination, legally required campaign-finance reporting, and improving the site. We collect the minimum we need.
Text messaging & your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services enabling delivery of those messages. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only with service providers who run our website, email, and text-message delivery (acting on our instructions), and with government authorities where campaign finance law requires disclosure of contributions.
Your choices
Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link (or use this page). Reply STOP to any text to end texts immediately, or HELP for help. Email info@turnidge4parker.com to access or delete your information (donation records must be retained as required by law).
Security & retention
Data is stored server-side, passwords are hashed, donor data is encrypted, and records are retained only as long as the campaign and the law require.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to count anonymous page views and see which parts of this site help neighbors most. Advertising features, ad personalization, and cross-site tracking are permanently disabled. We never send names, emails, phone numbers, or free-text answers to analytics, and identifying details are stripped from page addresses before anything is measured. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics is turned off entirely for your visit.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Governing law & changes
This policy is governed by Colorado law. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
