By using this website you accept these Terms of Service, effective August 14, 2026. The site is operated by the Committee to Elect Johnnie Turnidge, a candidate committee registered in Colorado.
Permitted use
The site is for personal, lawful use: reading about the campaign, signing up, RSVPing, taking the community poll, requesting a yard sign, and pledging support. You agree to provide truthful information about yourself, not to impersonate anyone else, and not to scrape the site, probe or disrupt its systems, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.
Our content and outside links
Campaign materials on this site remain the property of the Committee to Elect Johnnie Turnidge; you're welcome to share them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Links to third-party sites — such as Douglas County Elections, Colorado BallotTrax, and GoVoteColorado.gov voter registration — are provided for convenience and are not under our control.
Text Message Program
Our text program is called Turnidge for Parker Alerts. By opting in you agree to receive recurring campaign and event messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of donating, volunteering, or receiving services. Reply STOP to cancel at any time — one final confirmation message will be sent. Reply HELP for help or contact info@turnidge4parker.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are sent via our texting service provider. Contributions and pledges
Contributions are subject to Colorado campaign finance law and Parker's local limits, are not tax-deductible, and must come from your own personal funds. Online contributions are processed securely by Anedot, our payment processor; the certification you complete at checkout is part of your contribution.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep dates, locations, and information accurate — election details should always be confirmed with the Town of Parker Clerk or Douglas County Elections. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Campaign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
